Experiential Learning & Leadership | Kalash, Chitral, Kumrat & Beyond.
Corporate Leadership & Emotional Intelligence through travel-based experiential learning.
This program has been designed to the beautiful Hindukush mountains of Pakistan focusing on not just providing some of the best sightseeing and natural experiences but to also introducing participants to the amazing culture of the people living there & familiarizing them with making the best of the limited resources one has.
The first phase of the program to Kailash and Chitral is mostly to provide a cultural experience & simple living in the mountains, the lifestyle of the Kalashas help in learning some important lessons that can be implemented in day to day tasks of a future leader. The Kalashas are an ancient tribe to be as old as 1500 BC and offer a gateway into old times, the experience is really profound and makes one wonder. The second phase of the trip is all about our love for beautiful mountains & sightseeing & reconnecting with one own self.
Some of the exercises in the trip are also focused on developing cohesiveness amongst members and developing a team mindset.
Kumrat valley is a lush green valley and offers some of the most breathtaking views, imagine staying in the woods beside a flowing river engulfed with nature - After a couple of days of learning, the two days are focused on reflecting upon the learning outcomes to come back with a motivated mindset.
