Itinerary for the tour

Day 01: Friday.

09:00 PM: Departure from Karachi Via Train/Bus.

Overnight travel in Train/Bus


Day 02: Saturday.

Departure from Karachi Via Air. (Hotel Check in time: 2:00 PM)

Arrival in Islamabad.

Dinner & Overnight stay in Islamabad.

Hotel: Hard rock Lodges/Guest House or Premier inn or Equivalent

Day 03: Sunday.

(Members joining from Islamabad will be informed about the meetup location) 

Early Morning Departure for Naran.

Stop at Balakot for Breakfast

 Short Stop at Kiwai Waterfall.

Arrival at Naran. Check Inn at Hotel.

Visit of Saif Ul Mulook Via 4X4 Jeeps in afternoon.

Dinner and Overnight Stay at Naran Retreat OR Rose valley OR Naran Hilton Hotel or equivalent.

Day 04: Monday.

07:00 AM: Breakfast

Full Day visit of Babusar Top and Lulusar Lake

Enjoy River Rafting at Kunhar River

Arrival back at Naran by the evening.

Dinner and Overnight Stay at Naran Retreat OR Rose valley OR Naran Hilton Hotel or equivalent.


Day 05: Tuesday.

07:00 AM: Breakfast

Departure for Kiwai.

Departure For full day excursion to Shogran via 4x4 Jeeps.

Arrival back to Balakot.

Dinner & Overnight stay at Royal Park Hotel by Agha or Demanchi Hotel or equivalent.

Day 06: Wednesday.

08:00 AM: Breakfast.

Departure for full day exploring Nathia Gali and surrounding

8-9 PM: Arrival in Islamabad.

End of services for Islamabad members.

Dinner & Overnight stay in Islamabad.

Day 07: Thursday.

08:00 AM: Breakfast

Departure from Islamabad for Karachi (Checkout timings from Hotel/Guesthouse is 11 AM)

Day 08: Friday.

Arrival in Karachi for Bus/Train members

Child Policy: (Ground Package)

0-2 Year will be free in ground Package (No seat)

3-7 Year will be Half Charged with a folding seat in Vehicle

Above 7 will be charged as adult and will be provided with a full seat in Vehicle.

Business Class: 10,000/-

Train tickets (Greenline)

Business Class Berth: 14,000/-

AC Standard Class Berth: 11,000/-

*Cost of Karachi to Islamabad is based on one-way, per head pricing

*Pick & drop from stations/airport to the guesthouse/hotel is not included

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if cancelled 25+ days before the event.

  • 30% refund if cancelled 15+ days before the event.

  • No refund if cancelled less than 10 days before the event.


    Note: Refunds for bus, train, or airline tickets are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers. Rover Pakistan will assist in the process but is not liable for any deductions or delays.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Documentation Requirements

Every participant must carry their original CNIC

Birth Certificate or B-Form is required for all children

Married couples requesting a private room must provide a photocopy of the Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC

 

2. Room Sharing Policy

Rooms are provided on a 3–4 person sharing basis, including beds and mattresses

Guests preferring enhanced comfort may opt for 2-person sharing (at additional cost)

Twin sharing rooms will only be allotted to: – Married couples – Two males or two females – Siblings (Proof of relationship may be requested)

 

3. Meal Details

Breakfast: Paratha, omelet, tea, and chana (subject to availability)

Dinner: One main dish, one side dish, raita, salad, naan, and cold drink

Mutton, beef, and fish are not included

Additional orders during meals will be charged separately by the hotel


4. Seating Policy (Transport)

Seats are not pre-reserved; a rotation policy will be followed (e.g., one day front, next day middle/back)

Rover does not differentiate between front and back seats

Participants are expected to cooperate and accommodate elderly members where needed

 

5. Transport & Tickets

Cost of Karachi to Islamabad is based on one-way, per head pricing

Round-trip fares for children will be determined based on transport method policy

Train, bus, and air tickets are subject to availability

Rover is not responsible for cancellations/modifications by the transport provider

Pick & drop from stations/airports to the guesthouse/hotel is not included


6. Responsibility & Liability

Rover is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of valuables

Rover is not liable for delays or interruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or vehicle issues

Additional costs arising from such events will be borne by the participant

No refunds will be made if a participant leaves the trip midway


7. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain ethical behavior toward fellow travelers

Rover reserves the right to cancel a participant’s trip due to misconduct


8. Right to Amend or Cancel

Rover reserves the right to cancel any booking or change terms and conditions without prior notice


9. Prohibited Items

Possession or use of personal weapons or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited

 

10. Media Usage Consent

Rover Pakistan reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.
