Details of the Trip

Kashmir is known to be one of the most daunting yet amazingly beautiful places in the world. Witness lush green foothills of the Himalayas, intriguing architecture, and hospitality of the Kashmiri people.

Major places to be covered

Muzaffarabad, Dhani Waterfall, Neelum Jhelum Spillway, Neelum River, Kuttan, Keran, Kel, Arang Kel, Domela, Sharda University, and all the way to Taobatt.

Itinerary for the tour

Day 00: Friday 

07:00 PM: Departure from Karachi via Greenline/Bus.

Journey duration:

By Bus: 19/20 Hours 

By Train: 21/22 Hours


Day 01: Saturday 

Departure for By Air client

08:00 PM: Arrival in Islamabad.

Dinner & overnight stay in Islamabad Guest House/Hotel.

Hotel: Hard Rock lodges (Guest house) OR Premier Inn OR Similar


Day 02: Sunday. 

07:00 AM: Breakfast in Hotel or Enroute.

8:30 AM: Departure from Islamabad via Murree Expressway.

Lunch stop at Muzaffarabad.

Photography stop at Dhani Waterfall.

Photography stop at Chillana LOC point.

Visit Keran LOC River point

Dinner and night stay in Sharda wadi resort or equivalent.


Day 03: Monday. 

7:30 AM: Breakfast call 

Departure for Taobat via 4x4 Jeep, 

Short stops Enroute 

Arrival at Taobat 

Dinner and Overnight stay in Taobat 

Hotel: Corner view cottages OR Equivalent


Day 04: Tuesday 

Breakfast

Relax & explore Taobatt and surrounding areas

Day 05: Wednesday 

7:30 AM: Breakfast call 

Departure for Arang Kel from Taobat via 4×4 Jeeps till Kel then river crossing via cable lift (tickets included) & hiking to Arang Kel (30-40 min) 

Reach Arang Kel, free time to explore the village.  (Members who don’t wish to hike can stay at Kel)

Reach back Sharda hotel by evening. 

Dinner & night stay in Sharda, Neelum Valley  


Day 06: Thursday 

08:00 AM: Breakfast Call.

09:00 AM: Departure for Islamabad.

Visit Kutton Waterfall.

Short stops enroute

Reach Islamabad in the evening

End of services for members joining from Islamabad.

Hotel: Hard Rock lodges (Guest house) OR Premier Inn OR Similar

Journey Duration:  5/6 Hours


Day 07: Friday 

08:00 AM: Breakfast Departure from Islamabad for Karachi

(Checkout timings from Hotel/Guesthouse is 11 AM)


Day 06: Saturday 

Arrival in Karachi.


Note: A few hours deviation in the basic itinerary due to uncontrollable factors is normal.

Child Policy – Ground Package (Islamabad to Islamabad)

0 – 2 Years: Free of charge (no seat provided)

3 – 7 Years: 50% charged with a folding seat in the vehicle

Above 7 Years: Full charges apply, a full seat will be provided

General Terms & Conditions – Rover Pakistan

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment must be made at least one day before departure.

A group registration form/undertaking is mandatory for each participant.


2. Required Documents

Every participant must carry their original CNIC.

Birth Certificate/B-Form is required at registration for all children. Rover Pakistan reserves the right to charge extra if the child falls outside the specified age bracket.

Photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is required for married couples requesting a separate room.


3. Room Sharing Policy

Accommodation is based on 3–4 person sharing, with beds and mattresses.

2-person (twin) sharing is available at an additional cost and will be allotted only to:

Married couples

Two males or two females

Siblings (Proof of relationship may be requested)


4. Meals

Breakfast: Paratha, omelet, tea and chana (subject to availability)

Dinner: One main dish, one side dish, raita, salad, naan, and cold drink

*Mutton, beef, and fish are not included

Additional orders will be charged separately by the hotel.


5. Transport & Seating

No pre-reserved seating; a seat rotation policy will apply daily.

Participants are expected to cooperate and accommodate elderly travelers.

Train, bus, and air tickets are subject to availability.

Rover is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party transport providers.

Pick & drop from stations/airports to the hotel/guesthouse is not included.


6. Minimum Group Requirement

A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to operate a trip.

In case of cancellation due to low registration, participants may opt for:

A 100% refund, or transfer of payment to any future trip.


7. Cancellations & Amendments

Rover Pakistan reserves the right to:

Cancel bookings or trips at any time.

Make changes to itineraries, hotels, or routes due to improvements or unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be provided if a participant leaves or exits the trip midway.


No refunds will be provided in case of:

× Natural disasters

× Rain, landslides, or road closures

× Protests, strikes, or political unrest

× Mechanical failures, delays, or other force majeure events (Any additional expenses will be borne by the participant)


8. Code of Conduct

Ethical and respectful behavior is expected from all participants.

Rover reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip in case of misconduct without a refund.


9. Liability

All participants travel at their own risk.

Rover Pakistan is not liable for:

Personal injury, accidents, or property loss

Delays or losses due to external factors


10. Prohibited Items

Possession of illegal drugs or personal weapons is strictly prohibited.

Rover Pakistan will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from violations.


11. Airfare Disclaimer

Airfare is subject to frequent changes.

Participants are advised to confirm the final fare before making payment.


12. Complaints & Feedback

Any service-related complaint (transport, meals, hotels) should be reported immediately to the group leader or on-ground representative.
