Major Places to be Covered

This tour is crafted to take you through the most stunning destinations of the Northern Areas, featuring both Hunza and Skardu. In Skardu, you’ll explore Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, Shigar Valley, Katpana Desert, Manthoka Waterfall, Deosai Plains/Bashu Valley.


The journey to Hunza follows the scenic route via Naran & Babusar Pass or Besham, covering Altit and Baltit Forts, Attabad Lake, Passu Cathedrals, Sost, and culminating at the iconic Khunjerab Pass on the Pakistan-China border.

Itinerary for the tour

Day 00: Friday. 

07:00 PM: Departure from Karachi via Green line/Bus. 

Journey duration: 

By Bus: 19/20 Hours 

By Train: 21/22 Hours​​


Day 01: Saturday. 

Departure for By Air client

08:00 PM: Arrival in Islamabad.

Dinner & overnight stay in Islamabad Guest House/Hotel.

Day 02: Sunday.

05:00 AM: Early morning departure. (Members joining from Islamabad will be informed about the meetup location)

08:00 AM: Stop en route for breakfast at Besham/Balakot

08:30 PM: Dinner & overnight stay at Chilas/Jaglot/Gonarfarm

Visit of Passu, Hussaini Bridge, Gulmit, Sost, and Khunjerab National Park.

0 – 2 Years: Free of charge (no seat provided)

3 – 7 Years: 50% charged with a folding seat in the vehicle

Above 7 Years: Full charges apply, a full seat will be provided

General Terms & Conditions – Rover Pakistan

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment must be made at least one day before departure.

A group registration form/undertaking is mandatory for each participant.


2. Required Documents

Every participant must carry their original CNIC.

Birth Certificate/B-Form is required at registration for all children. Rover Pakistan reserves the right to charge extra if the child falls outside the specified age bracket.

Photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is required for married couples requesting a separate room.


3. Room Sharing Policy

Accommodation is based on 3–4 person sharing, with beds and mattresses.

2-person (twin) sharing is available at an additional cost and will be allotted only to:

Married couples

Two males or two females

Siblings (Proof of relationship may be requested)


4. Meals

Breakfast: Paratha, omelet, tea and chana (subject to availability)

Dinner: One main dish, one side dish, raita, salad, naan, and cold drink

*Mutton, beef, and fish are not included

Additional orders will be charged separately by the hotel.


5. Transport & Seating

No pre-reserved seating; a seat rotation policy will apply daily.

Participants are expected to cooperate and accommodate elderly travelers.

Train, bus, and air tickets are subject to availability.

Rover is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party transport providers.

Pick & drop from stations/airports to the hotel/guesthouse is not included.


6. Minimum Group Requirement

A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to operate a trip.

In case of cancellation due to low registration, participants may opt for:

A 100% refund, or transfer of payment to any future trip.


7. Cancellations & Amendments

Rover Pakistan reserves the right to: 

Cancel bookings or trips at any time.

Make changes to itineraries, hotels, or routes due to improvements or unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be provided if a participant leaves or exits the trip midway.


No refunds will be provided in case of:

× Natural disasters

× Rain, landslides, or road closures

× Protests, strikes, or political unrest

× Mechanical failures, delays, or other force majeure events (Any additional expenses will be borne by the participant)


8. Code of Conduct

Ethical and respectful behavior is expected from all participants.

Rover reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip in case of misconduct without a refund.


9. Liability

All participants travel at their own risk.

Rover Pakistan is not liable for:

Personal injury, accidents, or property loss

Delays or losses due to external factors


10. Prohibited Items

Possession of illegal drugs or personal weapons is strictly prohibited.

Rover Pakistan will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from violations.


11. Airfare Disclaimer

Airfare is subject to frequent changes.

Participants are advised to confirm the final fare before making payment.


12. Complaints & Feedback

Any service-related complaint (transport, meals, hotels) should be reported immediately to the group leader or on-ground representative.
