Itinerary for the tour:

Day 00: Friday.

07:00 PM: Departure from Karachi via Green line/Bus. 

Journey duration: 

By Bus: 19/20 Hours 

By Train: 21/22 Hours

Day 01: Saturday. 

Departure for By Air client

08:00 PM: Arrival in Islamabad.

Dinner & overnight stay in Islamabad Guest House/Hotel. 

Stay at Hard Rock lodges (Guest house) OR Premier Inn OR Equivalent

Day 02: Sunday.

05:00 AM: Early morning departure. (Members joining from Islamabad will be informed about the meetup location)

08:00 AM: Stop en-route for Breakfast at Besham/Balakot

08:30 PM: Dinner & Overnight stay at Chillas/Jaglot/Gonarfarm.

Chillas: Shangrilla Chillas OR Indus lodges 

Jaglot: United Hotel OR Junction Resort  

Journey Duration: 10/12 Hours.

Day 03: Monday.

07:30 AM: Breakfast

08:00 AM: Depart for Sassi (1 hour drive), then transfer to 4x4 jeeps

Jeep Ride: 3 hours on a rugged, adventurous track to Haramosh Valley

Trek: 3-hour moderate trek through alpine meadows and pine forests with panoramic mountain views

Arrival in Haramosh Valley, surrounded by snow-clad peaks and peaceful nature

Overnight Stay: Camping or hotel stay in the valley

 Day 04: Tuesday.

07:30 AM: Breakfast

Relax day to Explore Haramosh Valley

Short Treks:

Kutwal Lake – 15-minute trek: A breathtaking glacial lake reflecting towering peaks

Haramosh Peak Basecamp – Another 15-minute hike from Kutwal Lake

Enjoy crystal-clear waters, alpine greenery, and the serenity of the valley

Overnight Stay: Camp or Hotel in Haramosh Valley

Day 05: Wednesday  

08:00 AM: Breakfast  

A relaxed and scenic day in the heart of Haramosh Valley

An optional trek to Laila Peak Basecamp is available for those seeking adventure

Overnight Stay: Camp or Hotel in Haramosh Valley.

Day 06: Thursday.

08:00 AM: Breakfast call.​

Breakfast in the valley

Trek Back: 3–4 hours downhill to the jeep pickup point

Jeep Ride: Return journey to Sassi

Drive back to Jaglot

Overnight Stay in Jaglot or nearby lodge/hotel

Day 07: Friday.

07:00 AM: Breakfast.

09:00 AM: Departure for Islamabad.

End of services for members joining from Islamabad.

Hotel: Hard Rock lodges (Guest house) OR Premier Inn OR Similar

Journey Duration:  8/10 Hours

Day 08: Saturday.

12:00 PM: Check-out from Hotel/Guesthouse in Islamabad.

Day 09: Sunday.

Arrival in Karachi.

Note: A few hours deviation in the basic itinerary due to uncontrollable factors is normal.

Child Policy: (Ground Package) 

0-2 Year will be free in ground Package (No seat).

3-7 Year will be Half Charged with a folding seat in Vehicle. 

Above 7 will be charged as adult.

* The cost of a round-trip ticket for a child traveling from Karachi to Islamabad and back will be determined in accordance with the applicable policies of the chosen mode of transportation, whether it be by bus, train, or airline
